Both are fun, both are loved by young and old alike  and neither are a replacement for each other. I have been working with some people, speaking with friends and family, and living life and noticed this problem.  Checkers vs. Chess…  Tactics vs. Strategy

• Tactic… Have a Social Media Presence
• Strategy…Find out what your customer benefits from the most and promote it through Social Media. Create buzz and support it with content and offers. Track all results and capitalize on what works

• Tactics… Marketing with video 
• Strategy… Research the market and place videos where your target audience is most likely going to see them

• Tactic… Purchase a Contact Management or CRM system
• Strategy… Learn the benefits of a CRM system, create an environment that promotes use, constantly clean data, upload or enter all information and analyze reports that help increase response rates, sales, and revenue
